After borrowing a bill or envelope from a spectator, you show this chrome pen to be ordinary by writing a few scribbles on the borrowed item. After this convincing show, you then dramatically proceed to stab the pen through the bill or envelope, clearly piercing through and showing the pen cleanly and fully on both sides of the item. Finally, you rip the pen from the bill or envelope and show a spectator that you have left no hole! The pen gimmick is completely self-contained.
